Trejsi Sejdini Crowned Miss Universe Albania 2018
Trejsi Sejdini from Elbasan was crowned as Miss Universe Albania 2018 on June 6, 2018 at the Pallatii Kongreseve in Tirana. She succeeds Blerta Leka from Tirana as the new Miss Universe Albania and will now represent Albania at Miss Universe 2018 wherein Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters of South Africa will crown her successor as next Miss Universe.
During the same event, Irene Dama was titled as the first runner up while Ajili Hozhaj was adjudged as the second runner up. Meanwhile, Belinda Dragoti, Enxhi Hida and Anisa Metuku finished as the Top 6 finalists.
Angela Martini was the last representative from Albania to place as a Top 10 finalist at Miss Universe pageant in 2010. Since its participation, Albania has placed thrice at Miss Universe pageant and is yet to win the first Miss Universe crown.
