Mary Khyriem To Represent Meghalaya At Fbb Colors Femina Miss India 2018
Mary Khyriem was crowned as Femina Miss India Meghalaya 2018 at Fbb Colors Femina Miss India North East 2018 coronation gala which was held in Guwahati on March 11, 2018. Mary Khyriem succeeds Kiran Laishram as the new Femina Miss India Meghalaya and will now represent Meghalaya at Femina Miss India 2018, hoping to succeed Manushi Chhillar as the next Miss World India.
Last year three delegates from North East made it to semi-finals of Femina Miss India pageant, with Triveni Barman from Assam, Rody H Vanlalhriatpuii from Mizoram and Licha Thosum from Arunachal Pradesh being adjudged as Top 15 semi-finalists.
The 55th edition of Femina Miss India is all set to begin in the month of May. The contestants are hoping to fill in the big shoes of the reigning Miss World, Manushi Chhillar as the next representative of India at Miss World 2018. The grand finale of Femina Miss India 2018 is expected to take place in the month of June in Mumbai.
