Aletxa Mueses From Dominican Republic Wins Sports Challenge at Miss World 2017
Aletxa Mueses from Dominican Republic becomes the first finalist to join the Top 40 of Miss World 2017 by winning the nerve wrecking session of Sports Challenge. Representing team Yellow in the Fastrack Challenge, Dominican Republic aced all the rounds of Sports Challenge, emerging as the winner among other 120 nations.
Following her are Alanna Smith from Cook Islands and Helina Hewlett from British Virgin Islands respectively, who were adjudged as the first and second runner ups in the Sports Segment.
The 67th edition of the Miss World pageant is slated to take place on November 18, 2017 at the Crown of Beauty Theatre, Sanya, China PR. During the conclusion of the pageant, Stephanie Del Valle of Puerto Rico will crown her successor as the new Miss World.
