Ankita Kumari is Miss International India 2017

Miss International 2017 will be the 57th edition of the Miss International pageant, which is slated to take place on Tuesday , November 14 , 2017 in the Municipal Hall of the Tokyo Dome in the capital city of Japan. During the conclusion of the pageant, Kylie Verzosa from Philippines will pass on her crown to her successor as the new Miss International.

This year Glamanand Organization has appointed Ankita Kumari as Miss International India 2017. She succeeds former Miss International India, Rewati Chetri and would be leaving for the pageant this week. Ankita Kumari, who is 21 years old, has been trained by Ritika Ramtri under The Tiara Pageant Academy. Ankita Kumari was also a finalist of Femina Miss India West Bengal 2017, which was eventually won by Shivankita Dixit.

Ankita Kumari is a graduate in Business Administration and is currently pursuing Masters in Mass Communications. Her favorite Miss International titleholder is none other than the reigning queen, Kylie Verzosa from Philippines and she also considers former Miss International India, Rochelle Rao as her inspiration.
