Taylor Kessler To Represent United States of America at Miss Grand International 2017
Taylor Leigh Kessler, who was representing California at Miss Grand United States 2017 has been crowned with the title of Miss Grand USA 2017. She will represent the United States of America at Miss Grand International 2017, which is slated to take place in the month of October in Vietnam. She succeeds Michelle Leon from New York as Miss Grand USA.
The grand finale of Miss Grand USA 2017 took place on July 25, 2017 in New York on. Soon after winning the crown, the newly crowned Miss Grand USA could not hold her ecstasy and expressed, “I can’t believe my dreams come true, I am so extremely blessed to be the Miss Grand United States 2017! Thank you so much to everyone for your love and support I couldn’t do anything without you.”
Twenty one years old, Taylor Kessler is currently on her junior year at Sam Houston State University, completing a double major in multi platform journalism and communications and minor in sign language. During her free time she enjoys travelling and learning about other cultures, sports, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering at the SAAFE house and other shelters. She also runs a campaign which speaks for the people who do not have a voice. The beauty queen also aspires to be a sport sideline reporter one day.
Making it to the Top 5 finalist spot were Brianna Key from Louisiana, Courtney Williams from Maryland, Taylor Kessler from California, Leidy Guzman from Rhode Island and Alexi Gabriela Gropper from Georgia.
