Miss Andhra Pradesh 2017: Road to Femina Miss India 2017
Femina Miss India 2017 will be the 54th edition of the pageant and is slated to take place in the month of June. During the conclusion of the pageant, Priyadarshini Chatterjee will pass on her crown to her successor. The winner of Femina Miss India 2017 will represent India at Miss World 2017 and the runner ups will represent India at Miss Grand International 2017 and Miss Supranational 2017.
Miss Andhra Pradesh 2017 was the first state audition of the Miss India 2017 pageant, which took place on February 17, 2017 at Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam. During the conclusion of the auditions, three finalists were chosen to compete for the title of Miss Andhra Pradesh among them were, Sindhura Kaviti, Srishti Vyakaranam and Sarvani Uppati.
Sindhura Kaviti–25 years old, Sindhura Kaviti is a medical student and hails from the city of Visakhapatnam.
Srishti Vyakaranam– Having represented India at Miss Asia Pacific International 2016, Srishti was a Top 10 finalist at the international arena. She has also been a part of Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva 2016 as Top 16 finalist.
Sarvani Uppati– Standing at the height of 5 feet’8 inches tall, Sarvani, is a former neuroscience student from Ohio University and has also been a part of research at OSUCCC-James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute.
The three chosen finalists will now compete against each other to represent the state of Andhra Pradesh at Femina Miss India 2017. The winner of Miss Andhra Pradesh 2017 will be announced during the South Zonal crowning ceremony in Bengaluru on March 5, 2017, where former Miss World first runner up, Parvathy Omanakuttan will be mentoring the contestants.
