Ecuador Wins Miss Earth 2016

Katherine Elizabeth Espín Gómez from Ecuador was crowned as Miss Earth 2016 on October 29, 2016 at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City, Philippines. She succeeds Angelia Gabrena Ong from Philippines.

During the coronation eve of Miss Earth 2016, Michelle Alejandra Gómez from Colombia was adjudged as Miss Earth Air 2016, Stephanie Ysabel de Zorzi from Venezuela was titled as Miss Earth Water 2016 and Bruna Zanardo from Brazil was announced as Miss Earth Fire 2016.

The grand finale of Miss Earth 2016 was judged by Mathias Galber, Lisa Pavlakos, Arnold Viglafar, Jamie Herrell , Wanda Teo, Sophie Sumner, Lorraine Schruc and Ronald “Bato” Dalo Rosa.
