Simone Freitag Crowned Miss Mundo Paraguay 2016
Simone Freitag was crowned as Miss Mundo Paraguay 2016 on August 6, 2016 in Encarnacion, Paraguay at the coronation gala of Reina de Belleza del Paraguay 2016. Simone Freitag succeeds Giovanna Cordeiro, Miss World Paraguay 2015 and will now represent Paraguay in the coming edition of Miss World, hoping to succeed Mireia Lalaguna Royo of Spain as the next titleholder.
During the conclusion of the coronation eve, Vanessa Ramírez was crowned as Miss Earth Paraguay 2016. At the same event, Jessica Torres was adjudged as the first runner-up, Atenas Aranda was titled as the second runner-up, Camila Ayala was announced as the third runner-up, Sannie Méndez made it to the was declared as the fourth runner-up and Dahiana Petta finished as the fifth runner-up.
