Savannah Keyes has been a lover of country music ever since she can remember. Growing up, she never stopped singing. She would sit in her room for hours and hours and write songs. When she was 7 years old (after much begging), she convinced her mom to take her on her first trip to Music City. It was then that she fell in love with Nashville. At 13, Savannah and her mom started posting videos of her singing her favorite songs on YouTube to share with her Nana and Granddad in California. Although her views only reached the low hundreds, one video in partic- ular captured the eye of Ellen DeGeneres. Later that year, Savannah appeared on “The Ellen Show.”
