Kaitryana Leinbach Crowned Miss United States International 2016
Kaitryana Leinbach from South Atlantic was crowned Miss U.S International 2016 on June 23, 2016 at the International Palms Resort, in Orlando, Florida, USA. Kaitryana Leinbach succeeds Lindsay Becker of Minnesota and will now represent United States of America in the coming edition of Miss International 2016, hoping to be crowned by Edymar Martinez of Venezuela.
Soon after winning the coveted crown of Miss U.S International 2016, Kaitryana Leinbach took over to her Instagram to express her ecstasy.
This year 26 delegates competed for the title of Miss International USA 2016. During the coronation night of Miss U.S International 2016, Katerina Villegas from California was crowned as the first runner up, Flavianny Santos from Florida was titled as the second runner-up, Erika Turner from North Carolina was adjudged as the third runner-up and Rylee Coggins from Utah finished as the fourth runner-up.
Completing the Top 10 semi-finalists spots were, Jamie Walloch from Georgia, Lucia Arseni from Minnesota, Victoria Winner from East Coast, Valerie Trinidad from Louisiana and Tiffany Henry from South East.
During the finale, few special awards were also allocated to the contestants, winning those were:
Miss Congeniality – JoAnn Imosi Emale (Southern States)
Best in Swimsuit – Flavianny Santos (Florida)
Best in Evening Gown – Tiffany Henry (Southeast)
Miss Internet – Katerina Villegas (California)
United States of America has won three Miss International crowns since its participation till date. Lindsay Becker, Miss International USA 2015 was titled as the fourth runner up at Miss International 2015 and seeing the newly crowned Miss International USA, Kaitryana Leinbach it seems that another consecutive Top 5 finish of USA can be expected this year.
