Femina Miss India 2016: Final Predictions and Ultimate Thoughts
Femina Miss India 2016 grand finale is merely four days far! The enthrallment of pageant aficionados in India has surpassed all the peripheries and people are waiting for the coronation gala of Femina Miss India 2016 to witness who will succeed Aditi Arya, Aafreen Vaz and Vartika Singh as Femina Miss India 2016 titleholders.
Meanwhile, I am here with my final hotpicks for Femina Miss India 2016. Compared to last year, the batch seems very raw and only handful of girls are ready to represent India internationally at this stage, hence my Top 5 picks are based solely on the girls who have the caliber and ardor to undergo a transformation post their crowning in short span of time effectively. This year one contestant will get a direct entry to semi-finalist spot through Mobstar Voting. So here goes the final hotpicks in reverse order-
11. Akshita Yadav/ Dnyanda Shringarpure
Both Akshita Yadav and Dnyanda Shringarpure can be called the “faces of the pageant”. Indeed their beauty is worthy of being appreciated and both of the stunning ladies are leading the Mobstar Voting, which makes their prospect higher to penetrate in the semi-finals as the coronation night approaches. Akshita was also the first runner up in TKOP’s “People’s Choice Winner” with 1,010 votes, and who knows she might win the Mobstar Voting too!
10. Vaishnavi Patwardhan
Vaishnavi Patwardhan was the first runner up to Miss Earth India 2015, Aaital Khosla last year. She has an angelic face, congenial personality and seems pretty vivacious on screen. She has a pleasant aura, worthy of getting noticed by the jury.
9. Niharika Anand
Niharika Anand seems very confident, glamorous and voguish. Her glamshot was one of the best out of the bunch. She has got the verve and spark in her voice and has a buyout personality. She never disappoints in photoshoots, and her confidence makes her one to watch for.
8. Dimple Paul
If you ask, who has the spunkiest aura in the batch, Dimple Paul would be an unquestionable answer! Dimple is pretty confident and is unique in her very demeanor. Dimple has the fierceness which makes her shine the brightest. Dimple nailed the casual photoshoot of Femina Miss India 2016 blazingly, she knows the right angles of the camera, and is pretty good at posing for the shutterbugs. If she had a suave and toned body, she could have given other contestants a run for the money. With a better body, she would have been an apt choice for Miss Grand International.
7. Adya Niraj
Good looks and bubbly aura make Adya Niraj one to vouch for. She is vivacious and looks incredibly sexy on the stage. Her glamshot was undeniably magnanimous, and her oomph highlights that she is not going to settle down for the less.
6. Sanjana GL
There is no denying that Sanjana is one of the best contestants competing for the title of Femina Miss India 2016. She is playing her cards well so far and comes across as confident, blasé and effervescent beauty. Sanjana is mesmerizingly confident at cameras and speaks effectively with no phony accent. Good communications, lively personality and confidence to blaze the runway make her indubitably one of the crown contenders for Femina Miss India 2016. She should definitely not be ignored.
5. Rajkanya Baruah
Who has got the best body in batch? Rajkanya wins by far, hands down! At this moment, India needs to crown a girl who has the caliber of transforming herself in short span of time, and I certainly think Rajkanya can accomplish it. Rajkanya has the zeal to learn and move forward with a better foot ahead. Being a professional model in past can help Rajkanya in the international platform. Be it glamshot or swimsuit shoot, she has nailed her every appearances. She speaks with ease, and is great at ramp. If sent to Miss United Continents, she can bring the crown for sure.
4. Roshmitha Harimurthy
Who says criticisms are negative? Roshmitha Harimurthy has fought against all odds in her journey to crown. She was bashed by many pageant fans but still she managed to shine brighter and glimmer with every passing day. What makes Roshmitha a frontrunner at this stage is her maturity and confidence to deal with challenges! Few days back, Roshmitha was asked few questions by her fans and the way she replied to them, asserted that she is not just a contestant at Femina Miss India but can be a spokesperson of the nation if given a chance. Roshmitha won maximum number of subtitles in the pageant by sweeping the most important award of “Best National Costume” along with three other subtitles. She speaks with vibrancy and is indeed a very smart woman.
3. Pankhuri Gidwani
It seems like the history is going to repeat itself. Last year, Aafreen Vaz, who was also the Campus Princess winner clinched one of the crowns, and this year if Pankhuri, also the Campus Princess winner bags the crown, it shall not come as a surprise. She has got a celestial face and has the “nazakat” (elegance) in her attitude. She is 5’9 tall and would stand out at an international platform with that immaculate personality. Miss Supranational would be a perfect pageant for her. Her beauty would be awarded there for sure, as the competition purely pay heeds to a modelesque beauty along with apposite stance and runway skills.
2. Sushruthi Krishna
Sushruthi Krishna is not going to settle down for less this year, she is here to make her everlasting mark, and it seems this is the moment. Sushruthi being a classical dancer comes across as a graceful personality. If sent to an international pageant, this affable beauty can perform well. Her elegance, ease to shine out in the batch, highlights that this pageant veteran is surely going to an international platform soon! Winning a significant title like Miss Photogenic at Femina Miss India 2016 adds another feather to her luminous hat. If sent to Miss Grand International, she can carry forward Vartika Singh’s legacy in a venerated manner.
1. Priyadarshini Chatterjee
If India wants a good placement at Miss World, Priyadarshini is the right choice. Priyadarshini Chatterjee would be an unconventional yet remarkable winner, whom Femina Miss India Organization should not hesitate of crowning. Right now, she seems the wisest choice for Miss World India 2016 as she has the modeling experience to penetrate in the Top Model Round of Miss World, elegant yet effective communication skills to make her spot secured at Interview Round and decent social media presence to place at the Multimedia Round. India should understand that only a good “Beauty with a Purpose” project cannot earn them a high placement at Miss World, no matter how integral it seems to be! If prepared well at Sports, Priyadarshini can help India earn recognition back at the map of Miss World. Priyadarshini Chatterjee also won the “People’s Choice Poll” of The Kaleidoscope of Pageantry with 1,083 votes. And if it’s a hatrick for Delhi again at Femina Miss India, Priyadarshini’s victory would be worth it!
