Josephine Tan from Malaysia Crowned Supermodel International 2016
Josephine Tan from Malaysia is crowned as Supermodel International 2016 by the outgoing titleholder, Alexendara Arboleda from Colombia on 21st March 2016 at Kingdom of Dreams, Gurgaon, India. At the same event, Alisa Manenok from Russia was adjudged as first runner up, Julia Pikkarainen from Finland was titled as second runner up, Marina Dokic from Serbia was announced as third runner up and Divya Saini from India was declared as fourth runner up.
The 6th edition of Supermodel International 2016 witnessed the battle amongst 30 ladies representing their nations. This is Malaysia’s first victory at Supermodel International. Josephine Tan formerly represented Malaysia at Miss Earth and was also a participant at Asia’s Next Top Model.
After the preliminary performance in swimsuit, evening gown and introduction round, the Top 15 semi-finalists were announced, comprising which were:
